Terms of Service

1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Utya Stars (the "Service") and the user when using the site and placing orders.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service provides intermediary services for purchasing Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium, and access to Utya VPN. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Telegram FZ-LLC. Telegram is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC.
3. Placing an order
To place an order you need to provide the recipient's public Telegram username and choose a payment method. Account access, passwords, or confirmation codes are never required or requested.
4. Payment
Current payment methods are displayed at checkout and depend on payment-provider availability. The user is responsible for providing correct order details — the Service is not liable for errors made by the user when entering a username.
5. Delivery times
Paid Stars, Premium, or VPN access is typically delivered within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases delivery may take longer for reasons outside the Service's control (payment system load, Telegram maintenance).
6. Refunds and order cancellation
A refund is possible if the item was not delivered due to the Service's fault. If an order fails because the user provided incorrect details, the Service may decline a refund. Refund requests are handled through the Telegram support chat.
7. Liability
The Service is not liable for actions taken by Telegram FZ-LLC, including account suspensions, changes to Stars/Premium terms, or temporary unavailability of Telegram services.
8. Payment demo mode
At the time of publishing, payment processing may be running in demo mode — no charge is made until the live payment API is connected. This is indicated directly in the checkout interface.
9. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations if this results from circumstances of force majeure.
10. Changes to these Terms
The Service may change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is published on this page.
